- Half Size = 6″ x 6″ x 20″ (Holds 1/2 gallon per inch of depth)
We are proud to offer the very best Parkerizing Tanks in the industry. They are cut and formed out of pure 304 stainless steel. Handles are formed right into the ends. All edges of these tanks are hemmed, so there are no exposed sharp edges.
The tanks are TIG welded using supreme skill and elaborate tooling. The outside of the welds are treated and polished to reveal the beauty of the stainless steel and show the excellence of the weld. We maintain complete passivation inside the weld during manufacturing. Please look at the last picture taken of the inside of the weld, you will see that it remains brilliant and shiny. If you see a weld in stainless steel that is black or rust colored inside this means that proper provisions were not taken and rust and breakdown will start immediately when your liquid is applied.
Every tank carries a limited lifetime warranty against craftsmanship defects.

Ordered 40″ tank with lid and thermostat on Wednesday, It arrived Monday! All I can say is get your own, don’t think about it any longer ! The tank is beautiful and the simple part stands make it easy to keep longer parts off the bottom. I modified a four burner propane BBQ, it heats two full
(approximately four gallons ea.) tanks to correct temperature in about 20 minutes with no possibility of scorching the park solution. I’ll be adding a parts basket next.

As a gunsmith I have used many tanks through the years, but this is absolutely amazing! When I unpack age the tank it was like Christmas, literally the shiny new toy. The tank was beautiful and the craftsmanship is top notch. This product needs to be added to the big box shop carriers it’s just that good…finding good quality USA products today are very difficult.

Ican’t use this. it’s to pretty.All kidding aside,this is a superb quality construction.This is going to work very well for me.I really love the drain on the end.I don’t leave the Parkerizing fluid in the tank for storage,so that will be very easy to drain the tank to store it away.
